taxes weren't even an issue until the gov't came to the masses and said "we need to tax you to fund the war. This is to fund the war and is not permanent". That was several decades ago. Taxes have not gone away. And to make matters worse, the gov't has totally mismanaged the tax income and used it to fund wars. Taxation needs to end on a federal level. There's nothing wrong with a "state" tax. Even libertarians would agree. More than half of gas prices is taxation alone.

Dr. Paul is close, but I feel he may still be corrupt once he gets power. That's what seems to destroy, in my opinion. BUT, atleast he is on the side of the people. My daughter is getting stuck with our new stimulus plan's bill. We've been duped.

The exercise of a natural right and the exercise of a government granted privilege are as different as night and day. The first is exempt from tax. The later is voluntary and if the citizen chooses not to exercise the privilege, he or she may do so without giving up the natural affairs of life.

Another way to fight is through judicial reform with groups like FIJA.Any legal problems like quasi-criminal ones like traffic violations...or even full blown criminal violations...don't waive any rights NONE! and drag them out as long as possible....this will stop up the works!

Back up partner, do some research...the 16th amendment was not properly ratified by the required number of states...therefore it is void...However, even if it is a solid amendment, there is NOTHING in the amendment or any other, or anywhere else in the Constitution that authorizes the enforcement of the tax...in order to be enforced, the amendment must explicitly state so. Many IRS people have come forward and confirmed that they believe it is a voluntary tax, despite people being jailed.

when though...fairly new...its not constitutional because it's an indirect tax which isn't apportioned to the states...if your gonna say we how do we pay for our roads and highways, google the Gasoline tax...
